Daphne's cupboard is based on a piece that one of my distant relations owned and in which she kept her collection of crystal. I find this interesting as my love of crystal must have come from admiring the pieces that were stored and presented in this cupboard. The dragged blue interior finish is so similar to the cupboard that Daphne owned, while the exterior has been given a sharp modern look by being made in beautiful natural oak and interior lighting.
