DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, immediately contact our customer service professionals @ 1.866.526.4921 or askus@fiverivers.com as soon as possible. It is important that damage claims with shippers be filed within five days of merchandise receipt. Failure to act quickly could void your claim with the shipper. Please make sure to keep all packing material for inspection. Our customer service professionals will make the replacement process as quick and easy as possible. It is at our discretion to either ship a replacement part, or ship a new fixture. We are not responsible for any costs of installation or any costs due to a delay of the project resulting from damaged or delayed items. If the shipping error is ours we will cover normal shipping costs to correct the problem.
